INDIANAPOLIS, IN:  April 2, 2008 – Rainmakers, Indiana’s fastest growing business networking association announced effective immediately, Carolyn Rhynearson of Foremost Franchise will take over leadership of the Northwest AM advisory board. In this role she will provide direction and coordination of the activities of the Northwest group as well as providing advice and feedback to the Rainmaker management team.

Carolyn is replacing Mike Hartman who has been appointed to a Vice President position.

“We are growing so rapidly, we must continually identify talented and committed individuals to step into leadership roles,” says Rainmaker Founder, Tony Scelzo. “Carolyn has worked closely with Steve Berry on the East advisory board and is ready for a new challenge. She has already contributed to our growth; I truly value her willingness to be an active part of our future.”

Carolyn and the rest of the Northwest board are be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Northwest AM meeting held the third Wednesday of each month from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. at the El Meson, located at 8920 Wesleyan Rd Indianapolis, IN 46268.

Her background includes extensive experience in fashion merchandising and management with Spiegel Catalog, Chicago, IL, and Newport News Catalog, Hampton, VA. Moving in Indiana in 1980 she expanded to the area of medical practice management and ownership with her late-husband, William R. Rhynearson, MD. She has also served in management positions with Anthem and the IU Medical group.
