FISHERS, IN: February 18, 2008 – Formerly of Raleigh Specific Chiropractic, Dr. Matthew Murrin announced that he has joined Seland Chiropractic, located at 7350 Village Square Lane in Fishers.

Seland Chiropractic deals with more than just the traditional pain associated with chiropractic treatment. “Our goal is to educate and adjust as many families as possible towards optimal health through natural chiropractic care” said Dr. Murrin.

In addition to being a chiropractor, Dr. Murrin is a certified exercise physiologist and personal trainer and can make recommendations on changes in diet and exercise routines which will help his patients optimize their results toward total wellness.

“The nervous system controls every single thing in the human body, thus an optimal spine equals optimal health” said Dr. Murrin. “In order to maintain optimal health we have to ingest the proper fuel and perform the required exercise allowing our bodies to work at the optimum level as they were created to do.

Dr. Murrin will accept walk-in patients and patients by referral.

Seland Chiropractic office hours are: Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 am and 1:30pm - 5:00 p.m. Half Hour to Health, a 30 minute class covering various topics are held Tuesday nights at 5:30pm. Reservation is required as seating is limited. “Real Fitness” classes, a strength training program without weights, are held monthly. Inquire for class times.

About Dr. Matthew Murrin: In 2001, Dr. Murrin graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelors of Science and Kinesiology. He then attended Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, IA where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Murrin practiced in Raleigh, North Carolina, before recently moving to Fishers, Indiana where he now calls home. Dr. Murrin has worked with and trained with some of the most successful chiropractors in the country from Ft. Lauderdale to Honolulu before joining Seland Chiropractic In Fishers, IN. He has gained valuable experience and insight allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge to his patients to maximize their care, recovery and rehabilitation.
