INDIANAPOLIS, IN: February 28, 2008 – Local productivity expert Sacha De’Angeli with RenewLab will present his E-Mail Mastery course designed to help professionals deal with e-mail load and information overload. The seminar will be held at Old National Bank 4805 E. 96th Street, Indianapolis on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, from 7:30 - 9:00 a.m..

Most e-mail programs check for new messages every five minutes, so most people experience up to 96 interruptions per day – that means we spend up to two and a half hours each day just recovering from e-mail interruptions,” says De’Angeli. “Taking an easy step like changing the new message check interval to 45 minutes will reduce the time wasted recovering from interruptions to about 16 minutes. That’s a two hour difference! This is the kind of effective, actionable steps we introduce to our students.”
