Rainmakers Carmel Hub Changes Chairperson
James Kuester to Provide Leadership to the Northwest Group and
Advice to Rainmaker Management Team
INDIANAPOLIS, IN: May 27, 2008 - Rainmakers,
Indiana’s fastest growing business networking association announced
the Carmel Hub has appointed James Kuester of Küester Designs as its
new chair. In this role Kuester will provide direction and
coordination of the activities of the Northwest group as well as
providing advice and feedback to the Rainmaker management team.
James will replace Eric Scheller who has been appointed to a Vice
President position in Rainmakers.
“We are growing so rapidly, we must continually identify talented
and committed individuals to step into leadership roles,” says
Rainmaker Founder, Tony Scelzo. “A long-time member of Rainmakers,
Kuester has been an integral part of the Northwest’s advisory board
and has already contributed to our growth; I truly value his
willingness to be an active part of our future.”
Supporting Kuester is an advisory board comprised of
representatives of Rainmakers members from a variety of industries.

James and the rest of the Carmel board are be responsible for
coordinating the activities of the Carmel AM meeting held the third
Friday of each month from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m. at BD's Mongolian
Barbeque located at 2430 E. 146th Street Carmel IN 46033.
About James Kuester: An Indianapolis native, James
attended Purdue University where he completed a Bachelor of Science
in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial
Administration. After graduating in 1987, he went to work for
Emerson Electric in St. Louis, Missouri. During his tenure at
Emerson he was able to assist the Specialty Motor Division in saving
over $40 million through improved operations.
He continued his emphasis on efficient operations and good
ergonomic design at Allied Metal Products, first as Vice President
of Operations and then as President and CEO. Founding Küster in
2002, James focuses on providing a full range of interior design
services with a strong emphasis on branding and solid ergonomic
design. Over the years he has developed his branding theories and
practices and combined them with his passion for design to create a
specialization he calls “interior branding.”
