Indianapolis, IN: October 3, 2008 – ComedySportz Indianapolis, the city's only Professional Improvisational Comedy Theatre, is presenting a premiere of a new show, The Headless Horseman, Unscripted: An Adult Ghost Story. From the creators of the wildly successful Christmas Carol: Unscripted, and Cinderella: Unscripted, An Adult Fairytale, this hilarious weekly improvised show will be performed in their Friday Night Late slot, from Friday, October 3 through October 31.

Doors will open at 9:30, at which time audience members will be asked to write down quotes, expressions, song lyrics, movie and T.V. dialogue and more onto small pieces of paper. The performers of ComedySportz will incorporate these into the story. Audience members will also have the opportunity to give additional suggestions throughout the performance. The show starts at 10:00pm and will last approximately 75-90 minutes. Tickets are only $12, and the show is for those 17 years and older.

ABOUT THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN, UNSCRIPTED: AN ADULT GHOST STORY.
Fans familiar with the performers of ComedySportz know that they weave your suggestions into the spectacle effortlessly, seamlessly, and hilariously. Though the key structure of the classic story will be maintained, comical changes will naturally occur. So come and laugh at Ichabod, Katrina, Brom Bones and the other inhabitants of (insert adjective here) Hollow as they learn the tale of The Headless Horseman . The possibilities are limitless!

Though performers from ComedySportz will be performing The Headless Horseman, Unscripted: An Adult Ghost Story, they will be doing so without the famous ComedySportz referee watching their every move, and will thus be unburdened by the ComedySportz Brown Bag Foul. For this reason, The Headless Horseman, Unscripted: An Adult Ghost Story is only appropriate for those who are 17 and older. The Friday Night Late season includes CINDERELLA, UNSCRIPTED; THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN, UNSCRIPTED; A CHRISTMAS CAROL: UNSCRIPTED; A DAY IN THE LAUGH; and THE ADULT IMPROV JAM.
