Everyday, our members and small businesses fight years of conditioning and education of basic business strategy.  This education and reward were system were set up and modeled in military strategy.

Although there are a great many good disciplines to be gleaned from military strategy.  There was only one winner most of the time and the goal was pretty simple “win at all costs” because you are dealing with lives.

We can’t seek win / win if we don’t keep the others in mine and we certainly can’t network with that purpose if our underlying strategy is win at all costs.

This is why your philosophy can change the way you do business and the type of business you attract.
